21 dinners, for 1 less thing to think about!
We’re in for a long haul it seems – and yet dinner NEVER STOPS.
We’ve been advised to eat home-cooked meals (versus take-out/delivery) as much as possible, and I thought it might be helpful to have some suggestions for what to make!
I’ve listed here my 21 (because WHO KNOWS) easiest, tried-and-truedest dinners that even the most “I can’t cook” cooks will be able to execute with success. They’re all family friendly too, and I hope that this takes some of the burden off having to think up ALLTHETHINGS in these coming weeks.
Here goes!
WEEK ONE
Pasta, Sausage, Broccoli Rabe Bake
Crispy Tortellini with Ricotta and Peas
WEEK TWO
Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli
WEEK THREE
Sheet Pan Salmon with Broccoli
And, because you have to have cake, the easiest, most foolproof one-bowl chocolate cake ever!
Let me know what you make, and hope every one of you stays well. xo
