I’ve been a serious home cook and baker for over 30 years, and love collaborating with clients to create recipes that are clear, easy to follow, well-written and ensure success. I have years of experience in the kitchen and know how to develop a recipe that will WORK. For example, an ingredient list that is written in the order that the ingredients are used in the recipe is a small but meaningful component when creating a recipe that is a pleasure to follow.

And I will often include step-by-step photos to accompany, which often help as visual “cues” while working through the recipe.
