mason jar mix #2: hot cocoa!

As soon as I saw these adorable jars I knew they’d be the perfect little gifts for Noah to hand out for Valentine’s Day:

I’ve never made my own hot cocoa mix and have no idea why – it is DELICIOUS and whipped up in 5 minutes in the food processor.

Noah helped by putting in the marshmallows, placing the labels on the lids and signing his name to the recipe (this took care of “one” snow day…..).
