These cheese crisps are the perfect snack anytime, but they’re especially perfect when you have no time – and even fewer ingredients.
Because we all need a snack like that in our lives, don’t you agree?
I mean, it’s safe to say that you probably have some eggs, a bit of cheese and some spices in your pantry – and that’s all you need to whip up these addictive little crisps.
Add or swap mix-ins as you will (mini pepperoni!!!!!), and you’ve got an at-the-ready snack for impromptu guests, or a hanger attack that needs immediate attention.

2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
salt and pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees – grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
Beat the egg whites and spices in a small bowl. Place about a teaspoon into each of the muffin cups and top with the cheese.
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or till golden brown (start checking after 8 minutes). Let cool for 10 minutes then remove using a small knife or angled spatula.
