Cut the cord to your desired length - anywhere from 10 - 12 inches (better to go longer; you can always trim the ends later).

Thread the cord through the bead, then come around and thread it through again.

Tie knots on the ends of the cord and center the bead.

To use, loosen the part of the cord that's wrapped around the bead, till you can easily slip your napkin through, then tighten the ends to secure.

Repeat with remaining beads and cords.
