1/2 - 1teaspoonchipotle hot pepper sauce, optional
1poundflank steak, generously seasoned with salt and pepper
mixed baby greens
12ouncesfresh mozzarella balls, sliced in half
Instructions
Combine the parsley (with stems), oregano, and garlic in processor; blend 10 seconds. Add the oil, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce (if using) and blend until almost smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pre-heat the grill or broiler. Cook the steak to desired doneness, transfer to a work surface and let rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain.
Divide the greens among plates. Top with the steak and mozzarella. Drizzle the dressing over.
