Funfetti bites are adorable, easy, delicious and FAST!
You know I like to give you one truly easy, last-minute recipe this month – “just in case” you need one more gift or treat to bring or give!
And it doesn’t get easier or more last minute than these:
I love having a handful of recipes in my arsenal that don’t require a trip to the grocery store – or hours in the kitchen (like this, this and this). If I find myself in need of a treat to bake or give at the last minute, I want to be able to whip it up on the spot, with what I have on-hand in the fridge and pantry. Bonus points if it’s visually pleasing too, and these funfetti bites check all the boxes!
And they couldn’t be easier – 4 simple ingredients (flour, butter, sugar and almond or vanilla extract), and your choice of sprinkles. Press the dough into the pan, chill and cut into tiny squares.
They’re that simple!
These are perfect for a cookie box, in treat bags, or served in little paper liners in a dessert buffet.
And the recipe makes several hundred “bites”, so you’ll have plenty to give out (but they freeze beautifully too, if you have some left over).
Head over to the beautiful Cooking Classy blog for the recipe, and have a lovely holiday week!
