Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend!

I wanted to share some sites that you can find me on this week – or more importantly, where you can find some great new recipes!

On Babble I’m sharing my latest vegan “hack” – this month it’s a copycat Nutella that both “the vegan” and my non-vegan son gave rousing thumbs up for!

And on Buttoned Up? It’s rhubarb season! If you’re a fan then you will love this easy and delicious recipe for rhubarb crumb bars. And if you’ve never baked with rhubarb then this is the perfect recipe to start with! The tart and pretty rhubarb beautifully ¬†complements the buttery cake layer and sweet-crunchy crumb topping. Give it a try!

Finally, in this month’s issue of VRAI Magazine I’m sharing some easy (really!) DIY ideas for a red, white and blue celebration – including these wow-worthy striped pops:

With very little sugar and lots of fresh fruit you can feel great about serving these popsicles to your family. In the same issue you’ll also want to take a look at Charlotte’s adorable “patriotic” plates – perfect for all of your summer entertaining.

I’ll be back tomorrow with a cool little craft and my newest obsession – see you then!

Just wanted to stop by and say 1. I am totally down with those pops and 2. I finally am trying the peonies in the fridge thing because half were set to bloom while we’d be away and I was not going to miss the action, no way. Here’s hoping it works!
