While this blog and I are not typically associated with healthy eating, I’m not above a challenge.
Especially a popsicle challenge.
So when Livestrong (!!) asked me to create 10 healthy popsicles I kind of jumped at the opportunity.
I mean, I could do this, right?
I totally could.
10 popsicles. Under 200 calories. And no refined sugar.
Check.
Check.
And check.
And while I was at it, I made most of them dairy-free, and even included a couple of boozy “pop-tails” too.
