A long time ago (okay, 2 years), in a kitchen far far away (okay, 20 minutes away), I made a batch of everything bagel spice for a website I was working for.
And seriously? I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to make it again. Because, I tell you, this stuff is DELICIOUS with a capital “D” – and goes beautifully with just about anything you can think of.

I decided that I was long overdue in both making this spice again AND sharing it with you. And I can’t wait to hear how you use this secret flavor weapon.
I’ve most recently used it on my basic baked chicken breasts and it was game-changer good.
Ready? Here goes!
2 tablespoons EACH poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Mix all ingredients – keep covered at room temperature till ready to use.
