Happy Earth Day guys! And for those of you celebrating, Passover begins tonight too.
Passover has always been one of my favorite holidays – I love the seders, the food and the fact that it always means that spring is finally here.
So to celebrate all things that are sweet and green and happy I made this!
This “Earth Day” bark is literally THREE ingredients (and one of them is sprinkles!).
It’s a perfect recipe to make with even the littlest of helpers, as there is no “wrong” way to do it. Noah had so much fun swirling the colors together, and this will make for a fun treat for him to bring into school.
2 cups blue candy melts
1 cup green candy melts
heart-shaped sprinkles
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the blue candy melts in the top half of a double boiler set over barely simmering water. Spread in an even layer on your baking sheet.
Melt the green candy melts as above and dollop over the blue. Use a toothpick to swirl the two colors together and then rap the baking sheet on the counter to level.
Immediately top with sprinkles and refrigerate till set. Break into pieces and serve.
