“four” you: a blogiversary giveaway!

This Friday Donuts, Dresses and Dirt turns 4. And I can hardly believe it.

As I’ve said many (many) times before, I truly started this blog as a lark – a whim – to provide an outlet and a platform for sharing all of the things I was passionate about (click here to read about years one, two and three).

And as I’ve ALSO said many times, the lark quickly turned into THE passion.

This has been, without a doubt, the best and brightest year ever for my blog. And though I am very proud of all that I’ve achieved, what is most important to me – and has been from the beginning –  is you. My readers.

I wish I could find a new way to tell you how very very much your kindness, compliments and support mean to me. From the “repins” to the “likes” and especially the comments and e-mails, none of this would be any more than words and pictures on a screen without all of you.

While I love connecting, I’m not great with crowds – so the conversations I get to have with you all give me a truly “best of all worlds” situation that I’m grateful for every single day.

So to celebrate this “blogiversary” I wanted to give a little something to one of you. Actually, four things.

vazu, liddabit sweets, cold spring apothecary, l'occitane

I’ve chosen four goodies that have been featured on the blog over the years – including the very first “favor-ette”!

It’s the Vazu  – a clever vase that folds flat when not in use, and is the perfect accompaniment to a gift of flowers.

I’ve also got my very favorite hand cream – in a travel size that you will want to put right in your purse (or glove compartment. or kitchen drawer.).

One of my more recent finds was discovered in Cold Spring – a travel candle that smells so heavenly I ordered one for myself too!

And could I NOT include a sweet treat? These beer and pretzel caramels from Liddabit Sweets continue to be one of my very favorite indulgences – and I hope you feel the same.

To enter, leave a comment here telling me YOUR favorite “favor-ette”. Be sure to include your e-mail address if it’s not already linked to your comment.

The giveaway is open through Friday, February 20th at 5 p.m. EST. The winner will be chosen at random, and announced on Saturday, February 21st. Update: Amy Z. is the lucky winner! Thanks for participating!

Good luck!

I have not been here since your humble beginning but you are a source of inspiration for me dear Sheri. Two favorettes stick out in my mind. No three. I am in love with the hash brown potatoes waffle iron hack. I loved the shirt box cupcake carrier. And the roll open the orange slices to eat without peeling method. Happy Blogaversary Sheri.
