I’m sharing this week’s popsicle post over at Buttoned Up – and it’s a good one guys!
The last time I made a batch of these mini cheesecakes I realized that I actually preferred them frozen (and since I always make too many I always wind up freezing them). So I thought it might be fun to skip the oven/baking part and just go straight to the pop!
These popsicles are just like eating a slice of strawberry cheesecake – including the graham cracker crust – but without nearly as much fuss.
