So I’ve been toying with the idea of making “couple of things” a regular feature (if you’re new to my blog you can read earlier versions here, here and here).
I so enjoyed my first “bloggy” collaboration, and it got me to thinking about the real and very strong sense of community I’ve discovered here. Truly – the support, willingness to share, promote, give input and “like” “pin” and “tweet” the hell out of everything we do is just beyond words.
It’s the best.
And since I come across so much great content every day I thought, why not gather up my favorites every few weeks and share them all with you?
Are you excited yet? I’m excited! Let’s get started!
Umm – can you say “pretzel dog“?
Yes, there IS etiquette when it comes to parental bragging.
Would you bike 40 miles (one way) to work? Every day? Even in winter?
This gorgeous DIY spring bouquet post arrived at just the right time for this winter-weary soul.

Geeking out big time over this new series by Sandra and Erin on the history of modern art (you can catch up here and here).
Could you give up new clothing, haircuts and all beauty products for a WHOLE YEAR?
So what do you think? Do you like this feature? Would love your thoughts, as always; thanks!

Hi Sheri,
Love this idea! Any interest in collaborating? I have a Master’s in child development and social work and am a nurse. I talk a lot about helping children when a parent has a serious illness…I’m of course up for anything and would love to do something together.
Best,
Hollye
Love to Hollye – e-mail me and let’s talk more! Sheri at sherisilver dot com. 🙂
Sheri, yay! I love round-ups like these! The little mini bouquets are so, so pretty! And yes, I agree – Erin’s art history class is awesome!!
