blove: greetings from texas

Megan Silianoff writes “Greetings From Texas” – a blog which chronicles her life after moving last year from Chicago to Houston with her husband (and dog).

So why do I “blove” this blog?

Simple – it literally puts a smile on my face every time I read it. I try to never miss a post, and always enjoy time spent on her site, where I can typically be found cackling out loud at her latest recaps and observations.

Megan’s easygoing approach to blogging is reflected in the warm and friendly voice that rings so clear in her writing. And I am always grateful for the guaranteed laugh I will get, even if I’m going back and re-reading some of her earlier posts (which I’ve been known to do).

I could go on, but why don’t you take a look at this lovely blog for yourself? If you’re new to “Greetings from Texas”, I’d suggest starting with the “About” page, the “FAQ’s” or the sidebar on her home page – specifically, “What people are saying about this blog” (a personal favorite, which never fails to crack me up).

You can also read more about Megan in her “My Life as a Blog” post on Blogstar, where I was lucky enough to be featured earlier this year.

Then come back and let me know what you think!

Wondering what the heck “blove” is?
