March 26, 2012/
Spring came very early in New York this year. More like summer, really, treating us to an explosion of color in mid-March.
Here’s what it looked like around my house last week:
yellow daffodils
pink and purple hyacinths
blue muscari
lavender violas
chartreuse hellebores
ivory hyacinths, forced indoors
And a bright green anorak.

looking good around your casa. must be smelling good too!
Thanks Rebecca – smells divine! 🙂
I love your spring flowers. At my first house I had planted bulbs all up and down my driveway. I’ve never had the time since (funny, since I had three little kids then!) to garden that much, but I hope to do it again some day.
Thanks so much – I hope you get back to it one day!! 🙂
