more tumbleweed love

When I wrote about my recent struggle to find my niche, style-wise, I did not anticipate the reaction the post would receive. So many women stopped to talk to me about how much they enjoyed the piece, and how it resonated for them personally. Whether it was due to a weight change, a shift in career, or (like me) a new “phase” of life, how we dress ourselves clearly is not only an important component to the message we send out to the world, but also perhaps to how we’re feeling about ourselves inside.

For me, the latest search to find that elusive “one place” that would solve all of my shopping needs ended with my favorite little store 3,000 miles away, Tumbleweed Boutique.

I had so much fun putting together the last post that I thought I would do a “summer’s here” version:

I basically just lifted this outfit right off the mannequin 

I wore this dress all winter with a long-sleeved tee, cardigan and scarf – here it is pared down for summer
